Everyone needs another salmon recipe!

I made this one last night and I wasn’t sure that I was going to like this one but it surprised me! Panko breadcrumbs just make everything better. I served it with steamed broccoli and cauliflower with a Gorgonzola butter because I thought about blue cheese and buffalo sauce and it seems to be a natural combination. 🙂

    Can frozen salmon be refreezed?

    It can be refrozen – because of the absence of red blood, you shouldn’t have a problem. The taste may not be the same as fresh fish, but it’s not harmful. The one thing I would be cautious of is that you shouldn’t refreeze if it has been thawed out for an extended period of time. If the fish smells strongly, it’s probably no longer good. Fish should only smell faintly of the ocean or slightly fishy, anything stronger than that and I wouldn’t recommend eating it!
